Introducing the SBA blog for the 2026-27 year

Welcome to George Washington University’s Sports Business Association blog. My name is Cy Cuchergould, and I will be the editor-in-chief of this blog for the 2026-27 academic year. I am excited to publish articles on all things sports and can’t wait to see the highs and lows that the sports industry has for us this year. In the coming months, the blog will have a mix of career-oriented articles (for example, interviews with professionals), along with entertaining takes on the games we love, so make sure to keep an eye out for new publications. Anyone with an interest in sports is more than welcome to write for the blog. If you’re interested in becoming a contributor, just fill out this simple form: https://forms.gle/FkEfcBgnMPahvifv9. If you have any questions or want more information, don’t hesitate to reach out to me at: cy.cuchergould@gwu.edu. We hope you enjoy what we have to offer this year!
